SUMMARY:Summer Time Guidance and Hypnotic Sound Bath
DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Sumer time can be a tricky time. Things don’t follow their usual schedule and sometimes that can leave us a little unrooted or a little less focused on ourselves. It also can leave how we move through our day with less clarity and purpose. \nI will be travelling this month and am only scheduling one Sound Bath. With that in mind\, I wanted to offer deeper evening of connection to self and others. \nOn Wednesday\, July 12 we will have a magical evening together. We will be opening the evening with our traditional connecting circle. Then we will take time to pause and go inward and journal some focused intentions. While that is taking place\, in a separate room\, I will meet individually with each person and we will ask for some guidance from the oracle cards. This will allow the opportunity for you to receive messages and guidance from Source. Once all have had their private consult\, we will smoothly transition into our sound bath. We will use the music and hypnotic meditative state to gain greater clarity and understanding of our life situation\, intentions\, and build upon the oracle’s notes. Before we completely arrive back in our awake state\, we will take a few minutes to journal anything that came up during the hypnotic sound bath. Our closing circle will follow this. \nFor those wanting to stay and ground in connection\, the July Social will follow. We will have delicious snacks and connect with the amazing\, powerful women that are present. Healing hypnotic techniques will be harmoniously woven through the sound to create a supported and safe space. The sound bath will include a wide range of carefully selected instruments that will feature a beautiful set of crystal singing bowls. You may sit or lay down during the session as you allow the deeply calming experience to wash over and through you. \nWhen I lead a hypnotic sound bath\, I verbally guide and lead you on your sound healing journey. In the beginning\, the instruments are like soothing sounds that will gently ease you into a meditative state. From there\, my words and the intuitively played instruments will take turns guiding you deeper to the center of our focused healing. Your unconscious mind will meet and release what is ready as the energetic intention holds compassionate space for you.
