Healing hypnotic techniques will be harmoniously woven through the sound to create a supported and safe space. The sound bath will include a wide range of carefully selected instruments that will feature a beautiful set of crystal singing bowls. You may sit or lay down during the session as you allow the deeply calming experience to wash over and through you. \nWhen I lead a hypnotic sound bath\, I verbally guide and lead you on your sound healing journey. In the beginning\, the instruments are like soothing sounds that will gently ease you into a meditative state. From there\, my words and the intuitively played instruments will take turns guiding you deeper to the center of our focused healing. Your unconscious mind will meet and release what is ready as the energetic intention holds compassionate space for you.
