We gather to open the container for the weekend and chat about expectations for the weekend and the medicine journey. We hear each others stories of healing. We share a delicious dinner and then we gather for a Sound Journey that will guide us inward setting the stage for the medicine journey the following day. \n\n\n\n\nSaturday: Group Medicine Journey\n\n\n\n\nThis healing weekend is about the Sacred Ceremony with transformational medicine. Our hearts will be open\, connected to each other\, and connected to all life. The intense love and compassion of the day will allow you to turn this healing energy inwards. We explore our blocks to giving and receiving love. The great block of FEAR will release and you will hear your truth and open the doors to love. Being held and witnessed by your sisters in community is the true medicine. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSunday: Integration & Closing\n\n\n\n\nThe integration of our medicine experience is all about making sense of what happened to us: mentally\, emotionally\, physically and spiritually\, and in relation. We tap into self energy with our breath\, take a cold plunge into the lake and share what has come up for us. Hearing our own story and sharing these parts of us is what helps us integrate and grow from the experience. Sunday is all about rest and recovery. \nWe allow the powerful energy of gratitude to flow through us. Thanking ourselves for showing up\, thankful for the experiences we shared and being present with each other. We close the container of ceremony. Renewed in our strength as women\, understanding that we are the medicine and everything we need is already within us.
