I know what you're thinking. "Jennifer, you missed a date in April! Sound Journeys are supposed to be every other Wednesday!"

You are right. They are supposed to be held every other week! However, my handsome husband and I will be getting away for our delayed honeymoon and will be away for the first week of April. What a wonderful gift though that we have a month with 5 Wednesdays in it! You'll still be able to bask in two powerful journeys this month.

May is the month where we celebrate Mother's. Though we may not all be mothers or have the physical body to birth from, we all share the most beautiful mother of all - Mother Earth. Let's gather this month is the belly of our mother, the Grounding Room, where she holds us with love. We will celebrate our connection with her as we journey with sound.

At this time of year, the Yang energy starts to pull us into busyness and so it is important to take time in the balance of the Yin energy - the intuitive surrendering. Remembering to tend to your own deep knowing and connecting with our Mother Earth is key at this time.

Come gather in community where you'll experience a cozy, intimate, supportive setting that allows you the space to truly release, heal and connect as your guided on a mystical journey.

Hypnotic Sound Journey and Acupuncture

Round 3 of an exciting collaboration with Jennifer from Grounded Hypnosis and Rachel Lipton from Ottawa Community Acupuncture. After such wonderful and deeply healing events in December and March, everyone has unanimously agreed the potency of this event needs to continue. As we land on the Window of the Summer Solstice it is time to prepare our body's in their fullness for their next shift..

Experience the wholeness of the magic as we combine modalities of a hypnotic induction (engaging the unconscious mind), sound journey (engaging the nervous system, physical body, spiritual body and emotional body), and acupuncture (pin pointing the body's energy/chi centers)!

Come and gather for an evening of deep self-care. Venture into a stirring sound journey to observe what's igniting and stirring within. Then invite in integration and healing with 5-10 needled TMC points to promote flow and release.
