There's an extra special kind of atmosphere that is created when you can celebrate on the actual day of the event and we have chosen to do that for this Winter Solstice. We know that this week can be busy and so creating this pocket of time for you to be nourished, held and steadied is seemed decadent.

On this beautiful evening we will gather in the dark hours as seeds resting in the earth. Each seed quietly gathering in stillness to mark the darkest day of the year. As we travel with sound and acupuncture we'll see what wants to be planted, what is asking for deep rest and what is wanting energy poured into it over then next few months of winter.
