Those that join me in these Sound Journeys have come to realize it is more than relaxing. Together we dive into the power of the frequencies that are released by the varied instruments I play. The sounds light up different neurons in the brain, emotions, and energies in the body to stir, connect and be processed.

Many are craving connection, a remembering of who they are, and a healing community. They want to let go of stored emotions and start healing their hearts but they aren’t sure how or where to connect. This is the perfect time and setting to land in a place where everyone is welcoming and like-minded - showing up in the fullness of who they are.

After the Journey, you're welcome to stay for the Social. This allows you the opportunity to deepen the connection to community.
