Hypnotic Sound Journey

Tuesday, October 13, 2026 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The Expansion Room Kanata, ON, Canada

Are you feeling overwhelmed by the stress and emotions that are piling up in your mind and body?

If you've been looking for a supported and compassionate way to start facing the things you've been putting off, "Oh I'll feel that later" or "I don't have time to deal with that now", this might be your sign. My Hypnotic Sound Journeys are the perfect opportunity to feel so you can heal.

I combine the sound instruments and hypnosis to lead you on a journey inward. This journey will tenderly lead you through the parts of you and various emotions that have been asking to be seen and met. When you finally make time and space for all that has been cast aside, it allows you to release stuck energy and emotions from your body. When approached with intention, which I will guide you through, it can also tenderly guide you to answers and insights. At the end of the sound bath you will leave in a much more calm, grounded and peaceful state with a deeper connection to yourself and a beautiful community.
