    I will be travelling this month and am only scheduling one Sound Bath. With that in mind, I wanted to offer deeper evening of connection to self and others.

    On Wednesday, July 12 we will have a magical expanded evening together. We will be:

    * Setting Intentions
    * Consulting with the Oracles
    * Journeying with a Hypnotic Sound Bath
    * Journaling to ground
    * Connecting socially with other amazing women!

    If you've been looking for a gentle way to dip your toe into healing, I would recommend experiencing a Hypnotic Sound Bath. Together the instruments and hypnosis lead you on a musical journey that softly stirs and releases energy and emotions from your body. At the end of the sound bath you will leave in a much more relaxed state with a deeper connection to yourself.

    We have two Hypnotic Sound Baths taking place this month. Join me on Wednesday, June 14, and/or 28 at 7 pm in Kanata.

    Ever wondered how to make friends as an adult? I feel that many of us are looking for a deeper soulful connection. As such, I am offering an exciting and needed addition of the "Sound Bath Social" that will take place once a month following the sound bath.

    This social is designed to allow for the participants to deepen the feeling of connection and community. Hanging out chatting and snacking on yummy snacks allows us space to get to know one another. You are welcome to stay for part or all of the social. I encourage you to honour what your heart and soul needs on that evening.

    June's Social will be (if weather cooperates) a Strawberry social!
