    This social is designed to allow for the participants to deepen the feeling of connection and community by informally getting to know one another. We hangout, chat, laugh and snack on yummy snacks. Many have commented on how easily they've been able to feel comfortable. You are welcome to stay for part or all of the social. I encourage you to honour what your heart and soul needs on that evening.

    This month our Social will be on Wednesday, November 15th starting at 8 pm (following the Sound Bath).

    Mini-Oracle card readings offer the opportunity for your spirit guides, oracles, or source to give you messages. These messages show up initially in the cards that are pulled for you. I also channel, inspired by the cards, any other insights or understandings that spirit wants you to know, so that you can have more clarity in your life. These mini readings include cards pulled from one or two decks. If you are interested in this offering it will be an "add on" that you can participate in before or after the Sound Bath.     The Journey Inward Retreat with Grounded Hypnosis, will be taking place on Sunday, November 12 from 10 am to 3:30 pm at Balance Within.

    You know the expression, “follow your heart”? It’s a beautiful expression, but most people are so disconnected and checked out from their life and sense of self that they have no idea what their heart is saying.

    They feel so lonely, stuck, empty and disconnected that they don’t know where to turn or what to do. They try to fill their days with busy-ness so that they don’t have to listen to what’s going on on the inside because they don’t know what to do with it.

    So, I've created an opportunity for people who:
