Wednesday, March 20th from 7:00 – 8:30 pm for a special Welcoming Spring Equinox Event.

This event will include gathering in Circle to:

• Intention Setting and Journaling
• Hypnotic Sound Bath
• Oracle Reading (can be done in private)

I will guide you through the process of how to create clear intentions for the upcoming season. You will need a notebook and pen for this.

Vibrations of fast and slow, high and low will ripple around you and through you as I guide you on journey inward. Healing hypnotic techniques will be harmoniously woven through the sound to create a supported and safe space. The sound bath will include a wide range of carefully selected instruments that will feature a beautiful set of crystal singing bowls. You may sit or lay down during the session as you allow the deeply calming experience to wash over and through you.

When I lead a hypnotic sound bath, I verbally guide and lead you on your sound healing journey. In the beginning, the instruments are like soothing sounds that will gently ease you into a meditative state. From there, my words and the intuitively played instruments will take turns guiding you deeper to the center of our focused healing. Your unconscious mind will meet and release what is ready as the energetic intention holds compassionate space for you. Each session will sound and feel different as I intuitively tune into what is needed.

Mini-Oracle card readings offer the opportunity for your spirit guides, oracles, or source to give you messages. These messages show up initially in the cards that are pulled for you. I also channel, inspired by the cards, any other insights or understandings that Spirit wants you to know, so that you can have more clarity in your life. These mini readings include cards pulled from one or two decks (usually of your choosing).
