Tea and Sound Ceremony – Birthday Edition :)

Tuesday, November 24, 2026 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The Expansion Room Kanata, ON, Canada

Come and experience a tea ceremony that will help reconnect you to your body, heart and soul. The plants/herbs will be intuitively and lovingly picked for the evening by Jenna, from Integration Herbals. She will share the energetic support each herb offers you. As you hold a warm nourishing cup of tea in your hand, you can start becoming aware of your muscles unclenching, your mind welcoming peace and ease and your heart opening.

The warmth spreading throughout your body will guide you beautifully into a soul connecting sound journey. Allow yourself to be carried away by the frequencies of the vibrational symphony as Jennifer deepens your connect to Self and Heart. You will land at the end of the night in gratitude with more peace, support and connection.

Offering an intimate cozy event is important to us; space is limited so swiftly claim your spot.

Oh and it's two days before my birthday which is why I'm calling it "Birthday edition"!
