It has come to the last month of the calendar year. My heart is filled with such gratitude for all of the incredible experiences I’ve been able to share with this community over the past 12 months.

I know December can be a month filled with busyness and expenses. And so, I wanted to honour you and show my gratitude to you so that you can find a few moments of peaceful calm.

I would like to offer you a gift of a Gratitude Sound Bath on Tuesday, December 12 at 7 pm. This will be followed by a Pot Luck Social!

It has been such an honour and a joy creating a safe and loving container to gather in. My heart has been so appreciative to guide you every other Wednesday, to watch you form connections while feeling seen and heard, and to witness you coming home to you one step at a time.

Through tapping into the needs and desires of each group, I have navigated us through many powerful experiences. The trust you place in me, each time you enter into the space, is held with such tenderness and reverence.

This social is designed to allow for the participants to deepen the feeling of connection and community by informally getting to know one another. We hangout, chat, laugh and snack on yummy snacks. Many have commented on how easily they've been able to feel comfortable. You are welcome to stay for part or all of the social. I encourage you to honour what your heart and soul needs on that evening.
