It has come to the last month of the calendar year. My heart is filled with such gratitude for all of the incredible experiences I’ve been able to share with this community over the past 12 months.

I know December can be a month filled with busyness and expenses. And so, I wanted to honour you and show my gratitude to you so that you can find a few moments of peaceful calm.

It has been such an honour and a joy creating a safe and loving container to gather in. My heart has been so appreciative to guide you every other Wednesday, to watch you form connections while feeling seen and heard, and to witness you coming home to you one step at a time.
