What is a Hypnotic Sound Journey?

Come and Welcome in the New Year surrounded by community with the first official Hypnotic Sound Journey. Be immersed in a cozy, intimate, supportive setting that allows you the space to truly release, heal and connect as your guided on a mystical journey.

This will be the only event this month as I will be away for training. I look forward to welcoming you all!

This month's even will be held on Wednesday, January 8th at 7 pm. Remember the sound baths are now approximately 90 minutes in length.

If you've been looking for a gentle way to dip your toe into healing or releasing stress, I would recommend experiencing a Hypnotic Sound Bath. Together the instruments and hypnosis lead you on a musical journey that softly stirs and releases energy and emotions from your body. When approached with intention, which I will guide you through, it tenderly guides you to answers and insights. At the end of the sound bath you will leave in a much more relaxed state with a deeper connection to yourself and a beautiful community.

This month I will be incorporating a new offering on November 13th. I will be offering an opening circle that will include a cacao ceremony/ritual. We will share in a cup of heart opening cocoa (provided by me) as we connect in our gathering circle. The cacao will offer a different perspective as it to guide us into the music. I'm really excited to this new experience with you.


Ever wondered how to make friends as an adult? After all we've been through in the past few years, some friends you once had might not "fit" into your world the same and others may have fallen out of contact with. Many are looking for a deeper more soulful connection. As such, I am offering a loved and needed "Sound Bath Social" that takes place on the last sound bath of the month.

This social is designed to allow for the participants to deepen the feeling of connection and community by informally getting to know one another. We hangout, chat, laugh and enjoy yummy snacks. Many have commented on how easily they've been able to feel comfortable and included in the group. You are welcome to stay for part or all of the social. I encourage you to honour what your heart and soul needs on that evening.

This month our Social will be on Wednesday, November 27th starting at 8:15 pm (following the Sound Bath). It's the day after my birthday, so I'm calling it the Birthday Social.

Mini-Oracle card readings offer the opportunity for your spirit guides, oracles, or source to give you messages. These messages show up initially in the cards that are pulled for you. I also channel, inspired by the cards, any other insights or understandings that spirit wants you to know, so that you can have more clarity in your life.
