If you've been looking for a gentle way to dip your toe into healing or releasing stress, I would recommend experiencing a Hypnotic Sound Bath. Together the instruments and hypnosis lead you on a musical journey that softly stirs and releases energy and emotions from your body. When approached with intention, which I will guide you through, it tenderly guides you to answers and insights. At the end of the sound bath you will leave in a much more relaxed state with a deeper connection to yourself and a beautiful community.

We have three Hypnotic Sound Baths taking place this month! Join me on Wednesday, October 2nd, 16th and 30th at 7 pm in the Grounding Room, Kanata.

Ever wondered how to make friends as an adult? After all we've been through in the past few years, some friends you once had might not "fit" into your world the same and others may have fallen out of contact with. Many are looking for a deeper more soulful connection. As such, I am offering an loved and needed "Sound Bath Social" that will take place on the last sound bath of the month.

This social is designed to allow for the participants to deepen the feeling of connection and community by informally getting to know one another. We hangout, chat, laugh and enjoy yummy snacks. Many have commented on how easily they've been able to feel comfortable and included in the group. You are welcome to stay for part or all of the social. I encourage you to honour what your heart and soul needs on that evening.


This month our Social will be on Wednesday, October 30th starting at 8 pm (following the Sound Bath).


Mini-Oracle card readings offer the opportunity for your spirit guides, oracles, or source to give you messages. These messages show up initially in the cards that are pulled for you. I also channel, inspired by the cards, any other insights or understandings that spirit wants you to know, so that you can have more clarity in your life. These mini readings include cards pulled from one or two decks. If you are interested in this offering it will be an "add on" that you can participate in before or after the Sound Bath.
