    Come and Welcome in the New Year surrounded by community with the first official Hypnotic Sound Journey. Be immersed in a cozy, intimate, supportive setting that allows you the space to truly release, heal and connect as your guided on a mystical journey.

    This will be the only event this month as I will be away for training. I look forward to welcoming you all!

    This month's even will be held on Wednesday, January 8th at 7 pm. Remember the sound baths are now approximately 90 minutes in length.

    Good news! I am bringing back the powerful program that will help shift the story and narrative of your life. I will be teaching you the tools and the secret order in which to use them so that you can finally break the cycle of old narrative and finally unstick yourself!

    This program is called the Story Shifters!

    We go through life collecting traumas, fears and other people’s limiting beliefs and without knowing live them as our own. We feel blocked, stuck and it seems no matter what we do we can't move out of it.

    · Step into safety because you're letting go of or giving back the things that no longer need to belong to you,
    · Shift and redirect your story and life to what you want it to be now,

    One of the biggest mistakes that people make when they are trying to make a life change/shift on their own, is they are not yet aware of or focusing on using the right tools in the right order.

    We’ll utilize the power of the unconscious mind, where your automatic patterns and behaviors are stored, to uproot the old programming that’s keeping you stuck and unhappy so that you can FINALLY create the story and life that you want to be living.

    You will learn how to speak to your unconscious mind so it will actually listen!

    The Story Shifters, is a group that will meet online every Tuesday in February, at 7 pm EST. In this group, I’ll be guiding and teaching you how to release old experiences, fears and stories that you’ve been told to believe.

    If you’ve worked with me in one-to-one hypnosis sessions this program will help to reignite and deepen the foundations you’ve already laid.

Let's gather this month is the belly of our mother, the Grounding Room, where she holds us with love. We will celebrate our connection with her as we journey with sound.

    At this time of year, the Yang energy starts to pull us into busyness and so it is important to take time in the balance of the Yin energy - the intuitive surrendering. Remembering to tend to your own deep knowing and connecting with our Mother Earth is key at this time.

    Come gather in community where you'll experience a cozy, intimate, supportive setting that allows you the space to truly release, heal and connect as your guided on a mystical journey.
