Your experienced facilitators for the day will be Jennifer and Akaiy’ha

We will begin our day in a space of quiet reflection, noticing what is alive for each of us and what is wanting to be shared and tended to. This awareness and energy will be our guide for the day, calling in the support of our ancestors and spirit guides to support this energy.

We will then move into a Womb Steam Ritual guided by Akaiy’ha, a space of softening into the sacred feminine, of releasing with gentle awareness what is ready to go, held by the plant spirits, herbs, and flowers in the intuitive womb steam blend. Womb Steaming is an ancient practice, a ritual that has held women for thousands of years through birthing, bleeding years, and healing the body. It is an accessible offering to all women, in all phases of life, inviting us to soften and receive.

Followed by the womb steam ritual is lunch, a space to digest and rest, as well as connect within the group. Please bring your own lunch with you.

After lunch, Jennifer of Grounded Hypnosis will guide us through a Sound Journey into the Womb Space. Each sound is carefully selected and harmoniously woven together to create your unique Journey into your womb. You will continue to deepen your relationship and support with your womb as the sound guides you through your inner landscape and into what is needed at that time.

We finish our day with some quiet reflection and sharing what is alive for each of us.
