Many have pushed down, suppressed, or ignored their wants, needs and desires for so long that they don't know where to start. They feel stuck, lost and unsure of what to do. Their creativity and excitement feels blocked or throttled. What they don't realize is that there are emotional and energetic blocks in the body that need to be released.

We have few major ways we can release these with one of them being the most underused. Through societal, familial, and fears speaking up or using our voice has been squashed.

When we use our voice, especially without words, we can release old stale stuck energy without attaching to the story of it. The vibrations of the sounds act as an energetic scrub brush for our physical and energetic bodies.

As we loosen and release emotions/energy that has been pushed down, suppressed or ignored, we start to connect with our deeper truth; our core Self energy - the energy we’ve been wanting and waiting to connect with.

Come and join me for a Vocal Energy Release Workshop where I'll share techniques and modalities that have shifted people out of trauma, anxiety and feelings of lack into feelings, thoughts and energies that they wanted to experience. Where people went from feeling stuck to feeling ease, lightness and peace.

We will also have the wonderful guest Yoga instructor Christina Sjoberg, to guide us through a wonderful nourishing and integrative Yin Yoga practice at the end of the workshop.
