Hypnotic Sound Journey and Acupuncture

As we land on the Window of the Summer Solstice it is time to prepare our body's in their fullness for their next shift with another incredible pairing of Rachel Lipton from Ottawa Community Acupuncture and Jennifer from Grounded Hypnosis. Together the experience becomes even more infused with nurturing, balancing and integration.

Experience the wholeness of the magic as we combine the modalities of a hypnotic induction (engaging the unconscious mind), sound journey (engaging the nervous system, physical body, spiritual body and emotional body), and acupuncture (pin pointing the body's energy/chi centers)!

Come and gather for an evening of deep self-care. Venture into a stirring sound journey to observe what's igniting and stirring within. Then invite in integration and healing with 5-10 needled TMC points to promote flow and release.
