Anxiety used to be what I did best! There was a time when I was constantly having panic attacks. I remember having panic attacks about not having panic attacks!
In 2013, I was pregnant with my second child and my father had a heart attack and stroke. It was one of the most anxious times in my life.
Fast forward many years and for the first time in my life, I finally feel like I have the skills I need to deal with undue amounts of anxiety. There are times when I still feel a little anxious (as that is a normal occasional response) but it doesn’t linger or last like it used to.
I share this story to let you know that if you are feeling anxious and have felt anxiety for a long time, there is a way to let it go.
