Hypnotic Sound Journey It's the last Hypnotic Sound Journey of the unofficial Summer holiday months. Schedules in July and August can get busy and inconsistent and we can loose some of the routine and structure that makes us feel grounded. We can get distracted from taking time to go inward because of the strong pull to go outward. Come and join us in an evening of grounding and pausing. We'll sit with each other in community while going inward to what is needing attention and support within ourselves.

As the Fall Equinox approaches we gather again. This will be the completion of the second year (8 cycles) of this powerful combination.
It has been an exciting collaboration with Jennifer from Grounded Hypnosis and Rachel Lipton from Ottawa Community Acupuncture. Everyone who attended so far, has unanimously found the partnership between these modalities to bring deep shifts and releases.
Experience the magic and fullness as we combine the modalities of a hypnotic induction (engaging the unconscious mind), sound journey (engaging the nervous system, physical body, spiritual body and emotional body), and acupuncture (pin pointing the body's energy/chi centers). You will be able to pick from a menu of three options to align with what you are needing at that time.
Come and gather for an evening of deep self-care. Venture into a stirring sound journey to observe what's igniting and stirring within. Then invite in integration and healing with 5-10 needled TMC points to promote flow, release, and ease.

Those that join me in these Sound Journeys have come to realize it is more than relaxing. Together we dive into the power of the frequencies that are released by the varied instruments I play. The sounds light up different neurons in the brain, emotions, and energies in the body to stir, connect and be processed.
Many are craving connection, a remembering of who they are, and a healing community. They want to let go of stored emotions and start healing their hearts but they aren’t sure how or where to connect.
