Schedules in July and August can get busy and inconsistent and we can loose some of the routine and structure that makes us feel grounded. We can get distracted from taking time to go inward because of the strong pull to go outward. Come and join us in an evening of grounding and pausing. We'll sit with each other in community while going inward to what is needing attention and support within ourselves. Come to a space where you can be seen, heard and accepted for being you in whatever state that maybe. All of you is welcome!
