Falling in love with yourself is completely possible and it can happen to you.

Have you ever had butterflies in your stomach?

I started this video and was ready to talk about something else. I was ready to tell you all about this amazing couple I knew.

I pressed record and got butterflies in my stomach when I saw my appearance.

Then I got emotional. It hit me like a tonne of bricks.

I loved everything about the person looking back at me – Everything!

I had been accustomed to seeing myself in a raw and natural state. But I had been very leery to present that to the mass public. I guess it was part of the old perfectionist in me. I only wanted to put my “best foot forward”.

But at that moment when I saw my reflection on the screen of my phone. Love, appreciation, and readiness to be completely me washed over me and I was ok with presenting to the world what I had kept in reserves for those only so close to me.

I was really ready to be vulnerable and show:

My grey hairs.

My eyes with no makeup.

My perfectly imperfect glowing skin.

And I just had to share this love with you!
