In the past 10 years of being a Clinical Hypnotist emotionally supporting others, there's one struggle that almost everyone is experiencing. A blocked feeling when it comes to speaking and connecting with their truth.
Many have pushed down, suppressed, or ignored their wants, needs and desires for so long that they don't know where to start. They feel stuck, lost and unsure of what to do. What they don't realize is that there are emotional and energetic blocks in the throat chakra that need to be released.
Come and join me for a Voice Activation Workshop where I'll share techniques and modalities that have shifted people out of trauma, anxiety and feelings of lack into feelings, thoughts and energies that they wanted to experience. Where people went from feeling stuck to feeling ease and peace.

Hypnotic Sound Journey and Acupuncture

As the Winter Solstice approaches we gather again. This will be the beginning of the second year of marking the change of each season with this powerful combination.
It has been an exciting collaboration with Jennifer from Grounded Hypnosis and Rachel Lipton from Ottawa Community Acupuncture. Everyone who attended so far, has unanimously found the partnership between these modalities and energetic humans to bring deep shifts and releases.
Experience the magic and fullness as we combine the modalities of a hypnotic induction (engaging the unconscious mind), sound journey (engaging the nervous system, physical body, spiritual body and emotional body), and acupuncture (pin pointing the body's energy/chi centers). You will be able to pick from a menu of three options to align with what you are needing at that time.

We will spend much time connecting with Isabelle’s incredible horses who will help you to connect into heart coherence. A horse’s heart field extends up to 9 meters (according to the HeartMath institution), just being near them can help us drop into heart coherence almost instantly.
