Hypnotic Sound Journey and Acupuncture

As the Winter Solstice approaches we gather again. This will be the beginning of the second year of marking the change of each season with this powerful combination.
It has been an exciting collaboration with Jennifer from Grounded Hypnosis and Rachel Lipton from Ottawa Community Acupuncture. Everyone who attended so far, has unanimously found the partnership between these modalities and energetic humans to bring deep shifts and releases.
Experience the magic and fullness as we combine the modalities of a hypnotic induction (engaging the unconscious mind), sound journey (engaging the nervous system, physical body, spiritual body and emotional body), and acupuncture (pin pointing the body's energy/chi centers). You will be able to pick from a menu of three options to align with what you are needing at that time.

This is an exciting time for me personally as we are welcoming an exchange student from France into our home for 5 weeks. May is the month where we celebrate Mother's. Though we may not all be mothers or have the physical body to birth from, we all share the most beautiful mother of all - Mother Earth. Let's gather this month is the belly of our mother, the Grounding Room, where she holds us with love. We will celebrate our connection with her as we journey with sound.
At this time of year, the Yang energy starts to pull us into busyness and so it is important to take time in the balance of the Yin energy - the intuitive surrendering. Remembering to tend to your own deep knowing and connecting with our Mother Earth is key at this time.
Come gather in community where you'll experience a cozy, intimate, supportive setting that allows you the space to truly release, heal and connect as your guided on a mystical journey.

I know what you're thinking. "Jennifer, you missed a date in April! Sound Journeys are supposed to be every other Wednesday!"
You are right. They are supposed to be held every other week! However, my handsome husband and I will be getting away for our delayed honeymoon and will be away for the first week of April. What a wonderful gift though that we have a month with 5 Wednesdays in it! You'll still be able to bask in two powerful journeys this month.
The social will be held on April 30th!
