Hypnotic Sound Journey and Acupuncture

As the Winter Solstice approaches we gather again. This will be the beginning of the second year of marking the change of each season with this powerful combination.
It has been an exciting collaboration with Jennifer from Grounded Hypnosis and Rachel Lipton from Ottawa Community Acupuncture. Everyone who attended so far, has unanimously found the partnership between these modalities and energetic humans to bring deep shifts and releases.
Experience the magic and fullness as we combine the modalities of a hypnotic induction (engaging the unconscious mind), sound journey (engaging the nervous system, physical body, spiritual body and emotional body), and acupuncture (pin pointing the body's energy/chi centers). You will be able to pick from a menu of three options to align with what you are needing at that time.

Nature is in full bloom and growing. The temperatures are rising and the energy is starting to shift again as we approach the Summer Solstice. Let's gather and connect with the threads of changing seasons to curiously explore what it holds for us.
Those that join me in these Sound Journeys have come to realize it is more than relaxing. Together we dive into the power of the frequencies that are released by the varied instruments I play. The sounds light up different neurons in the brain, emotions, and energies in the body to stir, connect and be processed.
The Social will follow the Sound Journey on June 25th.
