The Hypnotic Sound Journey offers a unique blend of Hypnosis and Sound healing to light up different areas of the brain that allows you various benefits during your experience. Participants are often able to process emotions, feel physical shifts in their body and gain deeper insights all while feeling safely guided.
This is an exciting time for me personally as we are welcoming an exchange student from France into our home for 5 weeks. With this in mind, the Hypnotic Sound Journey scheduling will not be the usual bi-weekly Wednesday event. Please check the events for the dates and times in October and November.

As intuitive guides, holders of sacred space, and reminders of your own knowing, Isabelle Belisle and I (Jennifer Lawrence) are offering a one-day retreat that will help lead you deeper into your practice or if you don’t have one, help you to discover what nourishing your soul looks like for you.

We have designed a day that will provide you with tools and experiences to help you on your journey of Repairing and Protecting yourself so that you can move forward on your journey to wellness.
We will spend much time connecting with Isabelle’s incredible horses who will help you to connect into heart coherence. A horse’s heart field extends up to 9 meters (according to the HeartMath institution), just being near them can help us drop into heart coherence almost instantly.

REGISTRATION FULL: Hypnotic Sound Journey and Acupuncture

As the Fall Equinox approaches we gather again. This will be our fourth season of marking this powerful combination.
It has been an exciting collaboration with Jennifer from Grounded Hypnosis and Rachel Lipton from Ottawa Community Acupuncture. Everyone who attended so far, has unanimously found the partnership between these modalities to bring deep shifts and releases.
Experience the magic and fullness as we combine the modalities of a hypnotic induction (engaging the unconscious mind), sound journey (engaging the nervous system, physical body, spiritual body and emotional body), and acupuncture (pin pointing the body's energy/chi centers). You will be able to pick from a menu of three options to align with what you are needing at that time.
Come and gather for an evening of deep self-care. Venture into a stirring sound journey to observe what's igniting and stirring within. Then invite in integration and healing with 5-10 needled TMC points to promote flow, release, and ease.

There will only be one Sound Journey this month as I will be away offering my services at a retreat.
Regular programming will resume in September (every other Wednesday).

I know what you're thinking. "Jennifer, you missed a date in April! Sound Journeys are supposed to be every other Wednesday!"
You are right. They are supposed to be held every other week! However, my handsome husband and I will be getting away for our delayed honeymoon and will be away for the first week of April. What a wonderful gift though that we have a month with 5 Wednesdays in it! You'll still be able to bask in two powerful journeys this month.
